It looks good now that it’s assembled, so I’m not totally unhappy with it. That said, putting it together was way more frustrating and time-consuming than I expected. I like the final result, but the assembly process definitely took away from the experience.

I ordered this because it showed as in stock, but a few days later the order was cancelled. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, I expected the stock info to be updated before letting me check out, so it was frustrating.

It just sat there for days with no useful update, no clue where the package was, and no real idea of when it would show up. I reached out to them, but the reply felt super generic and didn’t really answer anything. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and all you want is a clear update.

The chair looked mostly like the photos, but the color came in a little darker than I expected and the measurements seemed slightly off. that kind of thing always happens when ordering furniture online, so I’m not too shocked. It’s still usable and looks fine, I just thought it would match the description a bit more closely.
